Thank you for your interest in the Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce!  Without your participation and support, the Hispanic Chamber could not fulfill its commitment to helping the business community and beyond.

OUR COMMITTEES:

Membership and Retention Committee:
Purpose: Create and implement comprehensive development strategies that engage members, businesses, foundations and other funding sources to ensure the ongoing financial sustainability of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Annual Gala and Business Awards Committee:

Purpose: The Annual Gala & Business Awards is part of the Strategic Plan, Strategy 3.3.3 to continue to provide impactful and sustainable programs and services.  The Annual Gala & Business Awards serves as a revenue source for the Hispanic Chamber, a platform to recognize the contributions of outstanding Hispanic Chamber members, and space to celebrate our unique Hispanic Cultural identity to generate new business.  Our aim for the gala is to promote the contributions and economic impact of our business members through the awards presentations and inspire our member and business community.

Legislative Committee:

Purpose: This team is dedicated to identifying and solving the key economic issues facing the Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce area. Year round, this team monitors key development projects in the area, as well as notable policies from our local legislators and how these projects and policies affect the greater Quad Cities Hispanic community as a whole. The team is also dedicated to promoting the local, state, and federal legislative interests of the business community and works to highlight and discuss issues of interest to our members.

Ambassador Program Committee:

Purpose: The Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GQCHCC) Ambassadors are the goodwill "arm” of the Hispanic Chamber.  They are charged with extending the hand of friendship to new, current and future members alike.  The Ambassadors welcome new members, attend ribbon cuttings and Hispanic Chamber events as needed.  They also serve as a communications link between the Hispanic Chamber and its members by identifying member concerns and garnering support for the Hispanic Chamber. They promote retention by assisting members in maximizing their membership
